I have the following issues with my AD410:
1. AD410 has stopped sending notifications to my phone. The events and recordings are registering in the application, but no notifications pop up.
2. AD410 is no longer ringing my phone when the door bell is pressed. There is no answer/ignore popup.
3. When I open the application and view the device stream it's always set to SD quality, even if the icon says HD. I must then toggle the video quality button to SD and then back to HD to get the true HD video quality. Every time I view.
4. The Human detection zone won't stretch to cover the entire video screen area. There is a area on the left it won't stretch to cover, but it will stretch to cover the black bar area on the right. It's offset.
AD410 notification and other issues
Re: AD410 notification and other issues
The live view issue. It opens in SD quality even if HD is selected:

Re: AD410 notification and other issues
Sadly, I feel like I wasted $150 because the notification issues persist and no word from Amcrest for such a long time.
I am about to purchase a REOLINK Doorbell WiFi/Wired Camera 5MP for $95.

Re: AD410 notification and other issues
I just found out Reolink and Ubiquity offer POE doorbells.
I'm going to try Reolink since its $99 and has a 5mp camera in it while the Ubiquity has a 2MP camera.
My AD410 is only marginally better than the LTS doorbell I replaced and both of them suffer from noise in the picture like the other wifi cameras I tried.
