SmartClient Player support NVR NV4108-HS

Hello, does the NV4108-HS should be found within the initial Search Screen of the Smartclient Player.
I tried different setting without success. Also the manual adding of the needed data does not succed. The Firewall rules are correct added.
Any ideas

Hi amcrest100,
Smartclient player will only support Amcrest 960H & 650TVL DVR systems, For NV4108-HS you have to use Amcrest Surveillance pro.
