IP3M-954EB Need cgi-bin string for brightness control

I am trying to control the brightness, contrast, etc using http commands and cannot figure out the correct syntax.
Anyone with an example?
I have downloaded the Amcrest HTTP API v 1.51 manual but can't seem to get it figured out.
