Files not loading in Playback

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has come across this issue before (and if Amcrest will actually help).
I lost power for 5 minutes today and everything is back.
I powered up the camera and software and it is not loading all the data files.
It has files from June 8th until today and it is only loading files for June 8th and Today in the playback view.
Is there anything that I may be missing here?
I need to review some of the footage during this time period and it shows as not available.
Available to view in Playback
Files on disk (as you can see there are files available for 16/17 July)
