I'm allergic to monthly/yearly charges. I have been trying to figure out if there is a way to use the NVR to record video for future playback as well as get live playback on my remote mobile phone after receiving a notification of motion?

Furthermore, can I get a notification on my mobile and remote log into the NVR to see a recording of the event?
