In the UPnp menu there are no checkboxes appearing in the PAT table .Therefore I cannot uncheck
the last 4 check boxes as the instructions ask.
What am I doing wrong??
Thanks!

Hello jmwdl143,
If the UPNP does not work, you can try the alternate method of port forwarding. Please take a look at the below video. Please contact our support if you are still facing issues.

Hi i have the same issue, in the manual that comes with my system it says "Uncheck the last 4 checkboxes in the PAT table on the UPNP menu" but there is no checkboxes at all.

I am not looking for alternate ways to do it, i want it this way.

Please help me resolve this issue.
THANKS!

Yep, the exact same problem here too, no option to unselect boxes in PAT table, unable to get remote access working on a PC or my iPhone using the amcrest app.
I am in Australia and despite several emails to support, continue to get ignored. I cannot tell you how frustrated I am.....

UPnP failed for me as well. I simply set port forwarding in my router, perfect, easy solution.

Have also set up dynamic DNS and am using an owned domain name to forward to the dynamic means I can access my camera from my own domain name.

So far I'm impressed with Amcrest IP camera.

Hello Anthony027 ,

If UPNP has failed setting up port forwarding would be the best option.
