IP8M-2493EW Night vision

I have just purchased and installed the new IP8M-2493EW. This is not the first camera that I've installed and while the field of view and picture are great during the day the same cannot be said for night results.
The glare of the IR lights off the vandal dome make night use impossible. I have attached screenshots showing day and night results.
Any recommendations for eliminating the glare?
