This cam is new. I have it connected via ethernet to my Amcrest NVR.

It keeps losing its connection to my router's TCP/IP network. If I unplug it and let it sit with no power for a while, it will show up again on the network, but only for about 20 minutes or less until it goes off the network again.

Any ideas or should I just return it?

I would return it and head to a competitor with better customer service. Just my opinion though.

If you have not yet opened a case with support I would recommend that you start there. It's possible that you have a a defective one that will require RMA.
