I am an I.T. guy and enjoyed the easy setup...but when I am not on my "home" wifi (say if I am at the mall), I need to check my camera (watching my dog

...it takes 2-5min to connect and panning is horrifically slow....any ideas on what to change or how to "reset" up? Help! btw, I am on a very good internet connection at home..(bandwidth, etc;).

Is this due to the new AMCREST VIEW PRO app which was updated on 1/10/18?

I've contacted Amcrest App support. They are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
