I have come across some serious shortcomings with Amcrest Surveillance Pro.

I checked it a few minutes ago and it showed some recordings and allowed me to view some of the recordings.

I had to restart my computer and now there is only 1 recording and it does not play in Surveillance Pro.

This needs to be looked at and some proper software solution provided.

The software as is is not fit for purpose as you can't even view recordings that were there pre machine restart

Wow. The lack of response from Amcrest show how much disregard it has for its customer base.

You really need to rethink your customer service strategy as it is very poor at best!

What is the point of a support forum if you don't answer questions.

Is it because you don't care or are too stupid to know any resolution?

Wilocchris - Have you opened a support request for your issue? I would think that this forum, like others, is not monitored 24X7 by Amcrest Support staff. You didn't indicate in your original email that you had a support case, so apologies in advance if you do.
