PC-NVR (Amcrest Survelliance Pro) grayed out

Hi All,
I wanted to see if anyone have gotten a way to the PC-NVR to work? I have added the device to the device list
When I go to the PC-NVR tab, everything is gray out
Anyone know how to get the PC-NVR to work and not be gray out?
