IP3M-943W - Stuck on 'connecting...'

Hello,

I have 3 of these cameras, all were working fine. I upgraded / replaced my wifi equipment recently, and since then i have one camera that refuses to connect via wifi. It will connect fine via ethernet.

Here's what i've done so far:
Hard-reset camera via button (and reset in the web UI), multiple times
Added new / different SSID, thinking maybe something was stuck on the old SSID
Updated camera firmware
Worked w/ support for 60-90 min, again doing similar types of troubleshooting as i've already done

Is there any other magic trick i should try before i just RMA this camera? It's odd that it was working perfectly fine and the only think i changed was my access points, and i made sure they had the same SSID/password for the new ones. All the other cameras resumed operation on the new access points with no problem.

Thanks
Chris

Just to update - this issue is resolved now. I am not certain what fixed it, since it's been this way for 2 weeks despite all my attempts. I noticed that the device was showing up in a LAN scan with a 192.168.0.108 address on the wireless side, but my network is 192.168.2.1. I was also hard-wired to the camera, so i went and manually changed the IP address on the wifi interface to a 192.168.2.X address. As soon as I did this, the camera came online and the wifi connection status went to 'connected'.

I should note also that my firewall was already setup to assign a reserved IP address based on the MAC address. The camera however appeared to assign a default IP in the wrong subnet despite this IP reservation, and despite the camera itself being set for DHCP.

Hopefully this info helps someone else with the same issue - i was nearly certain the camera was bad.
