PLUGINS?? WHY???

OK what's the deal?
I can't use Chrome to view the cameras because there is no plugin.
I can't use Firefox to view the cameras because the plugin does not work.
I can't use MSIE to view the cameras because the plugin does not work.
So first off... WHY? Why do Amcrest not support any browsers? How do you even sell cams without any browser support? I don't understand. Am I missing something?
Secondly how the heck do I view the cameras from a computer? Since no browser seems to work .... How do I use my cameras?
They are pretty much useless to have or operate without any browser support. What are you guys doing over there to get this fixed???? Why has this even happened for this long? This is a severity 1 bug and should be hotfixed immediately.
When will all 3 browsers be supported???? Otherwise I'll have to move to something that works and make sure that everyone knows NOt to use any Amcrest products.
