Help!! firmware for IP3M-952E

Hi all,
i just recently bought 3 amcrest cam IP3M-952E. one of them i was able to update the firmware to have the ONIVF working on it. the other 2 camera seems always fail at 15% update no matter what i try. the only different i notice is the model number. the one that updated sccessful have the model number of IPC_3816M. the two that failed have the model number of GM813X16M_IPC. but all of them have the IP3M-952E sticker on the camera it-self.
can some one help me out and give me the right driver? very frustrating... thanks.
