Amcrest ProHD not recording audio

I've got the Amcrest ProHD 1080p camera with a 32GB SD Card. No NVR.
It records video just fine but isn't recording audio at all. No audio in the downloaded MP4 file either.
Main Stream and Sub Stream are both enabled and both set to G.711A and 8k. Attribute is set to Mic and I've tried both enable and disable for the noise filter. Both mic and speaker volume are set to 100 and I've tried from 0 to 100.
If anyone can suggest any ideas. I'd appreciate it.
