I HATE updates, seems like all companies don't try them enough then we have problems.
I updated to firmware version 10 and completely knocked me off with my pc. The config program only seen 2-3 of my cameras and when I tried to log in it just froze there.
DO NOT UPGRADE TILL THIS GETS FIXED
IPhone is fine.

A hard reset of the camera is required after firmware update.

For this, you need to press and hold the indicator light on the back of the camera for 10 - 15 seconds. The light will turn red and the camera will do its initial pan/tilt after this. You need to set up the camera once again after this as it will reset all the settings
