I would like to receive email notifications without snapshots, is this possible, documentation doesn't explain yes or no. I'm using IP2M-842E on Software Version 2.420.0000.0.R. If I setup network > smtp email with attachment checked and then setup event > video detect > motion detect > enable > send email and snapshot checked I receive emails with snapshots. If I leave send email checked and remove the snapshot option I don't receive any further emails until I check snapshot again. I've already wiped the camera back to default and reconfigured due to other issues and a soft reboot with no change. Any ideas on how to fix, or is this configuration wrong what I'm trying to setup and/or the documentation is wrong or is this a software problem. If need be I can live with emails with snapshots.
