Hi there,

I had all my cameras installed on separate networks and they were working fine, but I just consolidated everything into one by renaming all SSIDs to the same thing and now I am unable to connect any of the cameras.

I tried resetting the cameras, and it seems it's not connecting to the network as I'm unable to find it on IP config.

Any ideas?

Hello calfun ,

Since the network name has changed you need to to reconfigure the camera to the new network. Try ti reset them and connect them to wifi using the wifi configuration on the app. If that does not work, connect them to the router hard wired and set up wifi after loggin in through the ip address you get from the IP config tool.
