Hi All,

We just purchased the Amcrest Pro and we are having a problem with the date/time. Every time we set the time to -8 GMT, it resets itself within a couple of hours to -6 GMT. This happens every time we fix it. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks, Kiki

I called tech support line today and she walked me through setting it again ( which I have done numerous times) and it is still resetting to an incorrect time. I have rebooted the DVR, also. Has anyone had this problem? I'm at my wits end....I have no clue how to fix this.

Wow, I just joined the forum and found almost the same question as I've got so if you don't mind--I've got a similar issue with Amcrest Cloud. The camera display has the correct time but the timeline is two hours ahead. There seems to be no way to change the timeline time display. Here's a screenshot to illustrate the problem:



It might be hard to read but the camera time displays 21:47 (9:47pm) which is the correct local time but the timeline shows 23:47. Weird.

You can change your time zone to the correct one in Amcrest cloud settings. Click on settings > Edit profile and select your correct time zone and save it. The change will take effect in some time.
