Video from Push Notifications

New to amcrest. I found the set up to be pretty intuitive and I have 2 cameras running. IP2M-841 and IMP-723. I set up push notifications for both cameras, but only the videos from the 723 show up in the event list. When I click on the 841 it says no recording while the other will show a recording. If I go to playback, I can view what was recorded on both cameras. I am using SD cards in both units. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hopefully you've solved your issue by now, but if not, I was able to fix my same problem by reformatting the SD card. Apparently it got corrupted in a modem crash.

Same issue here. Worked fine before firmware update... Now notifications work, but won't show recorded video or snapshots... Just get "no recording". Tried reformatting SD cards as well.

I'm having the same issue as well.

-I get a push notification on motion with the correct date and time in the banner.
-I get an email with pictures of the motion. The date/time in the email is correct.
-Notification center in the app shows the date and time 00-00 00:00:00
-clicking on the notification in the center brings up the pictures/video that says "no recording".
-Playback in the app shows the motion is recorded and can be played back.

At first I thought this was because I had a 64g sd card so I put in a 32g and reformatted it. Same results however.

It seems like the issue, at least for me, is that since the alert thinks the time of the event is at 00:00, it can't find the picture/video at that time so it says "no recording". I'm not sure why the time is 00:00, is this coming from the cam or the app or some notification server?

I've tried to remove, and re add cameras, remove and reinstall the app and it didn't fix it. I even tried to use the IP vs P2P and nothing worked.
