Hello,

I had 1 of the PTZ cameras and set up the push notifications and they work fine. Later, I got a second camera identical the the first one and set up the push notifications the same way I did the first one. However, I only receive notification from the original camera, and never from the new one.

I have tried turning off all notifications and turning them back on (so that way I know they are set exactly the same) with no change.

As I type this, I just verified that I have the latest version of the app on my phone.

Lastly, I have tried disabling notifications from the first camera and only enabling them on the new camera, thinking that maybe the app can only handle push notifications from one camera at a time. Still doesn't work, even with the first camera unplugged.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Please try removing the second camera from the app through device manager and add it again. Enable push notification for the second camera again. Reboot the phone if that does not work and see if that helps.

Good thinking, but no luck. I even tried deleting my first camera and only having the 2nd... still didn't work. Reinstalled the first camera and the first camera is working but still not the second.

If you can login into the web interface of the problem camera from a PC, please ensure that under set up > Event > Video detect that its turned on and schedule is set for the whole week.
