I called due to lost connection remote access p2p devices (IP cam + DVR).

The CS woman told me their servers are down and no p2p devices are working. I believe she said lightning strike though I'm not sure difficult to hear.

I have one p2p IP cam that IS working so that does not make sense.

My other 2 p2p devices have been down for over 24 hours and she said the incident occurred today, so that doesn't sound related/make sense.

Any body have any info and wouldn't a security company have dual servers in different locations for this kind of thing?

mine went down yesterday morning around 11am eastern time as I posted in another thread so you are confirming my suspicion that this isn't a "me" problem, its a "them" problem. would be nice if armcrest had a dashboard that would tell us system status. I wasted a ton of time troubleshooting this on my end.

Is anyone at Amcrest going to acknowledge this or do anything to fix it?

Mine too. 6 out of 12 down for the last couple days. Local ip access is ok and local ftp working. The p2p indicator under the network settings shows failed to connect to Amcrest servers on the cameras that are down

Any resolution time being given? Looking for updates as I have multiple sites offline
