Flash Drive recognized but always says Capacity 0/0kb

I have a 64gb flash drive, freshly formatted in exFAT multiple times, when I insert it the NVR recognizes it and opens the backup pane, but it says Capacity 0/0kb. When I try and backup some files it says Backup Error, Im guessing since it thinks there's no space on it. Anyone know what the issue could be? The flash drive works on other devices.
