IP4M-1063EW-AI SceneChange Event

I'm noticing multiple times a day that the camera will move to Preset 1, then go back to the default of Preset 3. I setup a remote logging server so I could try to capture the events, but there's not enough data to say why the camera is doing this. Here are the events recorded in the 2 log files. I think #012 is the camera ID, as that is in the name of the log files:
"EventStart"#012{#012.log
"EventStart"#012{#012 "Code" : "SceneChange",#012 "Index" : 1#012}
"EventStop"#012{#012.log
"EventStop"#012{#012 "Code" : "SceneChange",#012 "Index" : 1#012}
Here is the alarm event that I receive via email as well:
Alarm Event: Scene Changing end
Alarm Input Channel: 1
Alarm Stop Time(D/M/Y H:M:S): 02/05/2021 19:34:02
Alarm Device Name: Garage-NW-PTZ
Alarm Name:
IP Address: 192.168.0.123
The camera is controlled by Blue Iris, but I'm 99% sure this was happening before I setup BI.
