Good Day,

I just got this camera yesterday and wanted to set up but there does not appear to be power to the camera. Also there are two separate wires (WPS) white and green coming from the main wiring sheath. Can anyone suggest what is going on what these wires are for? Kindest Regards...John

On the back of the camera, there should be a connector for LAN, power and then I think a reset button. So please try holding the reset button for 20 seconds and also try other power outlets if possible. Once connected to power, cover the front of the camera including lense and the IR led completely with your hands and wait for 30 seconds. You should hear a clicking sound and there would be a glow from the IR Leds as the night vision kicks in.
