ASH26 Fixed IP address

I have not been able to change the IP address of the ASH26. What is the best way to do this? Using the config tool I get several errors saying unsuccessful and then a save successful but it doesn't change. I also can not access the camera web interface to do it like Amcrest videos show to do it.
The camera works fine on the phone app, but I would like to use it with my computer.
