Cameras behind NVR

Hi !
My Amcrest IP cameras are connected to NV4108E-HS NVR. NVRs Ethernet port is connected to Arris DG 2470 router with NAT. UPnP is enabled at both NVR and the router.
I have managed to access NVR from Internet via web GUI as well as mobile App. However I can't add cameras to Amcrest Cloud. It shows 'offline'.
Does NVR has NAT between SWITCH (10.1.1.x) and Ethernet (192.168.x.x). Is it possible to use Cloud recording in such scenario or I have to go for PoE switch and add cameras to my primary LAN ?
