Hi guys, I have recently purchased a IP2M-841W. I have installed the Amcrest app on my iMac and my iPad and have been able to connect and control the camera with no problems. However when I try to connect on my iPhone, I have not been able to get past the adding of a device (camera) process. When I get the the screen saying 'Camera Login' I enter the details (Name, Username, Password) and then try to click 'Start Live Priview' at the very bottom of the screen, nothing happens.

I realise the iPhone 4s in an older phone. It's like the 'Button' is not there. Please see attached photo.

Any ideas?

The amcrest view pro app is currently not compatible with Iphone 4s. Please try it in a different phone if possible.

This is rather a very tricky problem, you should for the first time, put in admin and admin in both username and password fields, to log into the camera. I don't know if you delete the camera you added will help your situation, I did it the hard way, by press the LED at the back of the camera for long long time to factory reset the whole camera, and start the setup again from my iPhone, and put admin and admin, then after connect, it'll take all the wifi information so it can use the wifi connection, otherwise, the camera can't use wifi, and therefor no live stream.

Thanks Melvin. I got in contact with Support who replied with the following:

" Good Afternoon Aidy,
Unfortunately there will be no fix for this. Our developers are aware that it is an app issue, which is why we are releasing a new app update this coming Friday. Go ahead and update your Amcrest View Pro App this coming friday and it should take care of your issue.

Friday has been and gone with no sign of an updated App. Do you have any info?
