2-Camera only Live View

I’m new to these systems. This is my first NVR with POE cameras.
I have two POE cameras set up and they are working perfectly. However, I am a little confused about the Live View options. From the NVR itself or in the app (iOS), I can view 1, 4, 9 etc. I only have 2 cameras though and I’d like to view just the 2. Is there not a way to view just the 2? I can view one at a time or 4 (two empty boxes) but not just the 2. Is there a way to do this?
Also, I have renamed my cameras to Left and Right directly from the NVR. In the app, it still shows the cameras as their old names (Front and CAM3). On the chrome app, it shows the correct names.
