Brand new 1080p IP2M-841B keeps crashing

I set up the camera just fine, and it'll be on my wifi network and accessible but after a few minutes it dies. No video, no web configuration page. It's ping-able but I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it back online. Is it a bad camera period or did I get a bad one? I saw one other post about this behavior without any solution.

I submitted a ticket and will cancel the return with Amazon for now.

ethank, did you get any response on your ticket? Were they able to fix the issue?
