Camera button gone on webpage IP8M-2496EB

Hello,
I have a Amcrest IP8M-2496EB 4k camera and when I first set it up, everything appease to be okay. But after 10-15 minutes, the camera button disappears (above the network button on the left side). See the screenshot. I have tried Safari, Chrome, IE, Edge and Firefox (both Mac and Windows). If I reset the camera, the button will reappear, but then it will disappear once again... any thoughts?
