Hi Everyone, I got this model off Amazon and I really appreciate any help

Issues: Device restarts frequently and looses configuration...
Device is located inside of my home very close to the AC (Temp is around 78F)

Any thoughts? Firmware update for this model since the release is 2016-01-04

No updates available yet for this model. If its restarting too frequently then it could be something internal or a bad power supply. Could you give us a call so that we can look into this further and help you out with the RMA process if needed?
