installing 2nd time to new phone,,

Hi , have a proHD and it worked fine on old phone, now a new one and can't register it anew using view/lite.. would like to delete old profile.. forgot password etc.. and start fresh.. using wifi thanks

Hello CTX1300,
If its a new phone and if you cant login, hard reset the camera by holding the indicator light on the back of the camera for more than 10 seconds while its connected to power. The camera will rotate after this and once it completes the rotation add it on your new phone using WIFI-configuration method.
