COLD WEATHER (IP4M 1026 AND 1028)

I own the IP3M-943 and on the specs it says that its working environment is between -30 to +50 degrees Celsius.
I am looking at purchasing the IP4M-1026 and the specs only show it to be between -10 to +50 degrees Celsius? Since the IP4M-1026 looks like the IP3M-943 I would think the temperature specs would be similar
I am also looking at the IP4M-1028 and the specs only show it to be between -10 to +50 degrees Celsius which maybe a dome has less tolerance to cold weather.
I require one to two additional cameras however they need to be able to hold cold winter temperatures of -30 degrees Celsius
Does anyone think the online specs for the 1026 maybe wrong and match up with the IP3M-943
