NV1104 and IP3M-943B help

I have a new AMCREST NV1104 and a new IP3M-943B camera that I am having a little trouble getting them to work together. I have been able to get the Camera to work on my iphone using Amcrest View Pro. The camera is connected to my network and the NV1104 is connected to the network, but I can not get the camera to work with the NV. I do have a foscam camera that connects to the NV1104 all ok. I would appreciate any help.

As I recall, you must use a laptop initially (to setup the NV with the 943). Did you do that, and use Ethernet cable?

Also, be sure you enter the 943 password into the Nv setup software, else it won't connect.
