Cameras won't record

Hello,

I purchased 2 IPM-723W wireless bullet cameras. I inserted a 64 GB class 10 micro sd card in each one and followed the setup instructions on the YouTube video. I believe the cards are inserted correctly . Is there something I can check in the settings to figure out why they won't record ? Is there a way to verify that the camera detects the SD card ?
