App Stopped Working on Phone

I have the IP2M-841 and am able to connect fine on computer using amcrestddns. App on my Kindle tablet works fine. But the app on my phone (Galaxy S5) used to work fine but will not connect now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, tried both P2P and DDNS and it just times out without connecting. Any ideas appreciated.
