Hi, we have a Amcrest NVR 660H with 8 channels that we setup successfully about 6 months ago. Up until a week ago it's been running smoothly after the initial setup.
Now we can't seem to get the camera feeds working properly. We can successfully connect to the static IP that the NVR was given and modify settings and otherwise interact with the unit. However, the only feed that is coming in is Channel 8 and it is completely black / empty.
When we reset the camera power connections, there are brief black feeds on Channels 1 to 7, but then it usually stops after a minute.
The unit has a solid green power light on the front, but the HD is blinking red about once a second.
Since we can connect, there's no issue with the network. All 8 cameras would suddenly go defective as once. We've tried rebooting multiple times. Only thing I can think is there is a hardware fault at this point in the main unit? Or am I missing something?
