Mini sd card for IP2M-841w quality/performance question

Hello everyone. Just one question.
I just bought a IP2M-841w. And looking to buy the sd card. There are a few choices out there. Like plain sd or sdh and others.. what would be the best I can use without over doing it? I don't want to go get something that the camera is not going to take full advantage of.
