Editing Detection Area Causes Alarm Trigger

In the web app if I am in the edit detection area and it causes a threshold alarm trigger then I click "save" to close it, it triggers another alarm, then if I open the detection area setup again, it triggers another alarm, I can trigger about 5 alarms in about 3 seconds doing this even if my anti-dither is turned up to 30 seconds.

The problem is in the anti-dithering.

If anti-dithering is set to zero then there is no problem.

If you set it to a higher number, than during the anti-dither cooldown it triggers another alarm every time you open the edit detection area:
