I have IP2M-841B and and as at my office PC, I do not have admin access and so I was using MJPEG stream using.
http://<IP>/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi
Yesterday, I did the upgrade of the firmware (Software Version2.420.AC00.15.R, build : 2016-09-08) and thereafter the Main Stream Encode does not have the option of MJPEG, the only options it has is H264, H264H,H264B. Earlier, I had set Main Stream encoding to MJPEG and I was able to get the stream.
Is there is solution to this?
And this question is basically tied to the issue of getting the camera feed without plugins.
Thanks.
Lost MJPEG encode for Main Stream after firmware Upgrade on IP2M-841B
Re: Lost MJPEG encode for Main Stream after firmware Upgrade on IP2M-841B
I just upgraded my IP-721 to the 9/8 software and the same issue exists. The MJPEG stream function is now missing. Does anyone have or know where the previous version of the IP-721 firmware can be obtained?
Thank you.
Thank you.

I believe the link is:

But use at your own risk.

You may wish to review these solutions to allow you to always use the latest firmware release for your Amcrest IP cameras. One solution is not secure and the others using .php are secure. The .php versions are compatible with all Internet browser capable devices that are using any browsers from Computers to Tablets to Phones and TV's and never require any plugin or media player download and/or installation. Additionally, the secure .php solutions support both HTTPS and HTTP:

Many corporate environments only support standard ports ("Port 80 and 443") being used in their browsers. Because the .php versions act as a proxy. Even if your Amcrest IP Camera or NVR uses non standard ports other than Ports 80 and 443 you can still access your Amcrest IP Cameras and NVR's over your companies Internet connection.

TheUberOverlord,
Since you are an admin here, are you in touch with the Amcrest team? This firmware release is riddled with severe bugs. Do you know if they'll be fixing it soon?
Thanks.

Does anybody have an older firmware for the IPM-751 that allows MJPEG on the main stream?
