Live View isnt working anymore

I purchased a 1080P recently and had everything working perfect. As of yesterday I can no longer connect to the Live View even though I still receive the snapshot. I use it on my android and iPad. Any suggestions on what happened and how I can fix this?

Please try power recycling the camera. Also delete the camera from the app and add again. Please contact our support team if the issue persists.
