No push notifications in anyway

I am getting no motion detection push notifications whatsoever this makes this product useless I am about ready to throw it in the garbage I have tried everything and every option there is on the apps and on the cloud all I can do is watch live feed which is useless to me. if someone knows how to fix this please help

My 720P detected motion and gave push notifications the first day I had it, but after that, this feature no longer works. BTW, I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with technical support, but he could not resolve the problem.
