Recording too much

Hi! I just got the camera working at home and have begun doing tests and changing the setup. The problem I have is that it is recording too much. It records hours during the night when there is no movement. I think I have it setup to only record when it detects movement. Can someone review with me the setup parameters I should have?

It's helped me to tweak and fine tune what my camera picks up.

Also, I noticed in the General forum some people are experiencing the same thing. You might keep an eye there too to see if someone posts a solution. Someone's motion detection wouldn't trigger at night, but others reported they had the opposite problem.
