ATC 1201G Trail Camera
Anyone know how to find the serial number on the ATC 1201G? And does anyone know why everyone else with this camera seems to be able to us a SD Card 32GB and mine requires a MicorSD card?

Hello and welcome to the Forum... Sadly I am not sure.. While I don't have the 1201G or 1201 for that matter I have an older 801 that is long out dated with the 802 being its replacement... While I can't find anywhere on my unit that has SN I did find in the menu under test an area that says Software not sure if that was meant as SN or if that is really just the Software #... However under Test and may be where your SN is. On mine it is on Page 3 of the setup area...
About MSD or SD i am going to guess that your Model is an updated Version of the one that offers the SD seeing mine is OLDER and is only SD I am going to guess that maybe they made a 1201 and yours being a 1201G and I have seen a 1201W as well. Maybe yours is updated just before going to the 1202 that I am not sure but think it also uses the MSD...
Sadly I think the SN might be on the Box if no where else seeing it isn't on my camera and I have sadly long lost my Box for my Trail camera as I said mine is old 801 no longer supported but works and still looks like new.

The newer version does require a MicroSD. I found that out the hard way too. I also cannot find any serial number either on the camera or on the box. Ironically, the serial number is needed to get tech help.

Need the Serial Number for Help? While I have an older lower model even my 801 don't have a Serial Number.. It has been a while since I have taking it out but I just looked over mine that didn't have a SD wish mine took MSD however mine takes the larger SD card and looked over all of it in the menu and everywhere on the device there is no SN.. Might have been on the BOX but I am not going to go Climb up in the Garage Attic looking for the box for it.. Last I knew that was where it was and I have since taken 20 or 30 more boxes up there...
Even looking at the Settings menu under info it only shows the Version Number of the unit no SN...
