P2P Status Offline

P2P Status Offline

I am trying to connect one of the 1080 wi-fi cameras to a phone. I have three other identical cameras added without problems. The one in question will not connect. I can ping it on the network and I can view it through a browser, but never will connect with the app. In the Network > TCP/IP > P2P it says "offline". Is there a way to turn it online?

I factory reset my cameras that were p2p offline and then set them back up using my laptop. They p2p is now online and working.
