IP8M-2493EW Firmware Update Sub stream issue

Hi, I just updated my brand new IP Camera IP8M-2493EW (that's the exact model printed in box) to latest version (according to this page: https://amcrest.com/firmwaredownloads) V2.460.AC01.0.R.20 - 1/26/18, and It's a mess up, there is no 1080P or 720P on Sub Stream 2. Just VGA and no audio for both sub streams.

What is going on? On the other hand I don't have the previous firmware (which was working as expected). Could you please upload the previous firmware to address this issue? (there is no previous firmware on firmware page).

I did a hard reset and nothing.

I think that most current Amcrest cameras have only VGA for substream. Your current firmware may have purposely changed substream to only VGA. Your camera was first available a year ago at about the same time as your current firmware upgrade was made available. It may have something to do with substream VGA providing the same field of view as the mainstream setting.
Make sure you have audio enabled for substreams in settings/configuration/audio, and have installed an external micophone at the camera.
