When my power flickers the NVR resets camera manufacture

Hello,

So when the power to my home flickers/Goes out the NVR resets camera manufacture to "private". Then my cameras (Amcrest ProHD IP3M-956E) will not work. I gave to go back into the NVR (Amcrest NV4108E-HS) and manually set each camera back to "Onvif" to get them to work properly. I have tried Tech support with no fix.

I appreciate any help you can provide

But that is a band-aide ... Shouldn't the NVR actually save the settings?

that's weird that they dont work, all of my (10) 8mp cameras show private and work fine.
