Couple Quest.:
1. Why have system Auto-Reboot weekly? I set it to NEVER.
2. On screen display in each box (for ea. camera) I now see a red dot w/ white inner dot. What is this new icon?
3. I de-activated 'Buzzer' in Event > Abnormality. Others left checked. Any drawback to this?
Background: My system last week started buzzing at time of Auto-Reboot and recording ceased. I powered it off/on to regain recording and function until the same problem the next week and again following week. I was advised to update the firmware (which I did). Ultimately hard drive failed at wk 3. I just installed a new one. All appears to be working.

Just a thought regarding #1. If you can't physically get to the camera and something is wrong so that you can't login to the camera, the camera would reboot itself within a week. For example: You live in Missouri and you have a vacation home is California with a camera. I don't have a situation where I need Auto-Reboot, so mine is NEVER also.
