Extreme Lag
Use two IP2M-841W and one camera wired to another DVR on an NVR1104 and having terrible lag issues. I've reduced the resolution and even switched to B/W but there's still some latency. I believe I have the latest firmware and my router has plenty of bandwidth. The wifi cameras are located no more than 20 feet from the router. Any suggestions?

My first suggestions would be to try and determine if the latency is caused by the wireless network or the recording setup. I'd try connecting all of the cameras and DVRs by cable to the same switch, and using an actual Ethernet switch not ports built-in to the router. That should at least help you narrow down whether the problem is on the video side or the WiFi side.
